What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ro Hyde Park - Dishwasher position at CBFS Hyde Park?
Three Oaks Hospitality is looking for dishwashers to collect used dishes, plates and utensils, load washing machines and stack washed items appropriately. Note that this role requires working in shifts and, occasionally, during evenings or weekends.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate China)
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary.
- Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Time management skills

- Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings.
- Communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or wait staff.
Physical Requirements:
- Remain standing for extended periods of time.
- Bending, squatting and lifting up to 20 lbs. for short distances.
- Ability to work with varying noise levels.
