Position: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: York, PA | Full-Time, on-site (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Detail electrical sensors for conveyors and equipment according to company standards and direction from engineers and management.
- Produce wiring diagrams, panel and electrical assemblies, and arrangement drawings required for cable fabrication.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules through communication, prioritization, and problem-solving as issues arise.
- Apply technical skills to solve design challenges.
- Complete assignments within the allotted timeframe with minimal supervision.
- Identify purchased materials and create purchase requisitions.
- Willingness to learn about food processing equipment and design (training provided).
- Willingness to complete and provide standard project documentation (as required).
- Willingness to travel (as required).
- Willingness to participate in the startup and direct training of onsite supplied equipment.
- Willingness to organize and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests in regard to the electrical scope.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends at bakery sites (as required).
- Ability to work at heights and in enclosed spaces at bakery sites (as required).
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by engineers and CBF management.
Skills / Qualifications:
- AS degree in Drafting/Engineering discipline, or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Conveyance experience a plus
- Experience with SolidWorks (school training acceptable).
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical (school training acceptable).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Sanitary design knowledge or experience preferred (training provided).
- Experience with managing and preserving technical knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service conveyance equipment
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm for electrical design.
- Works well as part of a team and can be relied upon to complete work independently.
- Highly accountable; takes ownership of successes and mistakes.
- Receptive to constructive criticism and eager to learn.
