Position: Stabilization Interventionist
Location: San Francisco & Surrounding Areas
Reports to: Program Director
Employment Status: Full-time, Hourly
Salary: $31.98 opportunities for quarterly bonuses
Required Education: Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors.

Who You Are:
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Must have a valid California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.
- Preferred experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population.
The Job:
- Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management.
- Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEMs Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS).
- Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.
- Participate in clinical trainings
- Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
