As an Onsite Entry Level Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of copiers and printers and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. The pay range for this role is from $22.00-$24.00.

What you will be doing:

• Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
• Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.
• Managing time to be most effective
• Delivering toner to customer locations
• Managing an accurate onsite parts inventory

What you will bring to the role:

• Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Knowledge of basic networking
• Computer and analytical skills
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
