Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand & Supply Planning Consultant with hands-on experience in John Galt Solutions for Demand Planning and Kinaxis RapidResponse for Supply Planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain planning solutions that improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain visibility. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable planning solutions and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support John Galt Solutions for demand forecasting and demand planning processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for supply planning, inventory planning, and capacity planning.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from supply chain, operations, procurement, and planning teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical forecasting techniques and business inputs.
- Configure planning models, dashboards, reports, and workflows within Kinaxis and John Galt platforms.
- Support end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes, including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Optimization
- Capacity Planning
- S&OP / IBP
- Conduct data analysis and ensure data quality across planning systems.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and deployment activities.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the planning ecosystem.
- Collaborate with ERP teams (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to integrate planning solutions with enterprise systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Hands-on experience with John Galt Solutions Demand Planning platform.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse Supply Planning platform.
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning and Forecasting processes.
- Strong understanding of Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Capacity Planning.
