Responsibilities
● Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
● Oversee budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and project execution
● Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
● Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
● Manage RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages
● Utilize project management and accounting software (JobTread, QuickBooks Online, or similar)
● Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes
Qualifications
● 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
● Experience with tenant improvement, banking, or institutional projects preferred
● Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
● Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; JobTread experience is a plus
● Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
