What You'll Do
- Manage projects from planning through closeout: budgets, schedules, scopes of work.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety.
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Use project/accounting software (JobTread, QuickBooks Online, or similar).
What You Bring
- 5 years of commercial construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; JobTread a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
