Role Overview:
CBASE Inc is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR and office operations. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone starting their career in HR or operations and looking to gain practical experience in a structured, supportive environment.
You will assist with administrative HR tasks, documentation, and basic operational activities to help maintain organized and compliant internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities (paperwork, checklists, coordination)
- Help track attendance and provide basic payroll inputs
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and internal files
- Support preparation and updates of internal policies and operational records
- Provide general administrative and operational support to management
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience or coursework in HR, business administration, or operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn
