Job Title - Campaign Operations Specialist (PEGA / AJO)

Contract
We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Operations Specialist to support a large-scale customer engagement and marketing activation initiative. This role will focus on executing and optimizing omni-channel campaigns across mobile, push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app messaging while partnering closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PEGA-based systems, campaign operations, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and API-driven integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage mobile, push, email, SMS, and in-app marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with engineering teams to support API integrations and notification platforms.
- Configure and optimize customer journeys, audiences, and campaign workflows.
- Support Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
- Support A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and experimentation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with consent management, opt-in/opt-out preferences, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and privacy regulations.
Required Skills
✅ Strong experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH), PEGA Marketing, or Enterprise Decision Management (EDM)
✅ Hands-on campaign operations and customer engagement experience
✅ Experience with REST API integrations and API-based platforms
✅ Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
✅ Experience with omni-channel communications:
- Push Notifications
- SMS
- Email Marketing
- In-App Messaging
✅ Experience with event-driven architectures:
- Kafka
- Kinesis
- Pub/Sub
✅ Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
✅ Strong understanding of customer data, audience segmentation, and personalization
Preferred Skills
- Twilio, Braze, Iterable, SendGrid, or similar engagement platforms
- SQL and database knowledge
- Monitoring and observability tools
- A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Marketing technology (MarTech) platforms
- Experience working in large-scale B2C customer engagement environments
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement, or related technical marketing roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
