We are looking for a Customer Enrollment Representative to join our expanding team. This role will focus on engaging with and enrolling new customers into our clients' available wireless services. As a part of our Customer Enrollment Representative and Customer Experience team, you will be the front line of customer interaction, helping individuals find affordable wireless solutions. The ideal Wireless Customer Enrollment Representative candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be genuinely excited to help others.
Responsibilities Of The Customer Enrollment Representative :
- Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and questions about their product offers
- Assisting members in enrollment and provider services
- Provide a daily breakdown of client interactions to the Customer Enrollment Representative team, and offer feedback to improve the client experience
- Be familiar with all products and services we promote and sell to be able to answer any questions or inquiries if needed
- Adapt on the spot to address and resolve any customer issues, concerns, or questions
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales, boost engagement, and help businesses succeed
What We Look for in an Customer Enrollment Representative :
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, enrollment, or client-facing role is highly recommended
