CDL A OTR REEFER DRIVERS – 30% OF GROSS REVENUE

CB Freight Inc. is expanding our Reefer Division and looking for experienced, safety-focused CDL Class A OTR Drivers to join our growing team.
We offer competitive percentage-based pay, modern equipment, strong dispatch support, and opportunities for long-term success.
COMPENSATION & MILEAGE

• Earn 30% of Gross Load Revenue
• Average 3,000 Miles Per Week
• Weekly Direct Deposit Every Friday
• Monday-to-Monday Pay Cycle
• Weekly Statements Available Every Wednesday
• One-Week Initial Payment Hold After First Delivery

PERFORMANCE & SAFETY BONUSES

• $1,000 Driver Referral Bonus
• $350 Level 1 DOT Inspection Bonus
• $250 Level 2 DOT Inspection Bonus

Bonuses are subject to company eligibility requirements.

• Trucks Governed at 70 MPH
• Comfortable Equipment for Long-Haul Operations

OTR ROUTES & HOME TIME

• 3–4 Weeks OTR / 3–4 Days Home
• Operations Across 48 States
• New York State Routes, Excluding NYC
• No South Florida Routes
• Professional Dispatch & Driver Support

TRAVEL & ORIENTATION

• Company-Provided Flight After Successful Drug Test Completion
• Remote Drug Testing Available
• One-Day Orientation
• Hotel Accommodations When Applicable

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 2 Years of Verifiable CDL A Driving Experience
• Must Meet DOT and FMCSA Requirements
• Reefer Experience Preferred
• Strong Safety Record and Professional Communication
• Ability to Manage Reefer Loads and Follow Temperature-Control Procedures
• Commitment to On-Time Pickup and Delivery
