Office Assistant Duties:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients
- Attend networking events
- Manage marketing and social media
- Help maintain accurate filing system and customer accounts
- Help ensure efficient front desk operations, including phone systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office assistance or related role
- Marketing and social media management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
