Position OverviewThis is a key leadership role for someone who excels at turning vision into execution.
As the General Manager / Integrator, you will take ownership of daily operations while building the systems, processes, and accountability needed to support sustainable growth. You will work directly with ownership to align long-term direction with day-to-day execution, allowing the business to scale without losing the quality and experience that define CB Construction. Our ideal candidate brings a proven track record of helping construction companies grow and scale their operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Process Leadership
- Assess current operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability
- Develop and implement standardized systems, workflows, and documentation
- Establish clear performance metrics and lead KPI tracking across the organization
- Drive accountability through structured planning, including onboarding and performance review frameworks
Sales & Pipeline Structure
- Create a consistent and trackable approach to managing leads and client opportunities
- Ensure all prospects are followed up on and moved through a defined process
- Help create alignment between project demand and operational capacity
Leadership & Organizational Alignment
- Act as the operational leader who connects the company vision with team execution
- Coordinate across field teams, office staff, and external support resources
- Strengthen communication, clarity, and accountability across the business
- Take on increasing responsibility for day-to-day leadership as the company grows
- Systems and processes are clearly defined, implemented, and followed
- KPIs are actively used to drive performance and decision-making
- The business operates with greater predictability and efficiency
- Ownership is able to step out of daily operations and focus on strategic growth
- 7 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or related industry
- 5 years in a leadership role (Operations Manager, General Manager, Integrator, or similar) with direct responsibility for team performance and business outcomes
- Proven track record of building and implementing systems, processes, and SOPs in a growing company environment
- Experience establishing and managing KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to create structured, repeatable approaches to operations and/or business development
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management within construction or design-build environments
- Experience working in a company transitioning from owner-led to systems-driven operations is highly preferred
- Process-driven, highly organized, and naturally structured in your approach
- Strong executor who follows through and holds others accountable
- Comfortable implementing KPIs, systems, and performance frameworks
- Able to bring clarity and order to a fast-paced, evolving business
- Team-oriented and aligned with a relationship-driven, client-first culture
- Focused on building a sustainable, scalable operation-not just closing deals
- Base Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 (DOE)
- Performance Bonuses: Based on clearly defined KPIs and measurable impact
