Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed front end project schedules that align with overall project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather necessary scheduling inputs and updates.
- Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling risks to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and mitigate delays.
- Facilitate coordination between different work teams to optimize schedule integration and resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on scheduling performance and forecast potential impacts on project delivery.
- Support project planning meetings by providing expert scheduling advice and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project scheduling within the utilities industry or similar sectors.
- Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate project constraints and impacts.
