Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans the mechanical and piping maintenance/TAR work for operating facility
Provides effective job plans to accomplish work completion in an efficient and effective manner, including material & tool requirements labor estimates, and work instruction
- Plans mechanical maintenance work with special attention paid to all control of work and regulatory requirements that may apply
- Identifies the need for outside Contractors and associated scope of work
- Reviews submitted work orders for completeness and accuracy communicating with Operations & Maintenance Coordinators as needs
- Develops and ensures the accuracy of Bill of Materials making edits and additions as needed in SAP
- Identifies part discrepancies, additional work needed, work task edits, reoccurring problems in area of responsibility through review of completed work orders in order to improve future job package
- Assist scheduler with identification of work order simultaneous operations, coordination constraints, and sequencing
