Cay Galgon Life House is seeking an organized, relationship-focused Volunteer Services Coordinator to lead volunteer engagement efforts and coordinate in-kind donation initiatives that support pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and families throughout the Lehigh Valley. This role connects volunteers, donors, and community partners with meaningful opportunities to strengthen our mission.

Responsibilities:

· Recruit, onboard, schedule, and support volunteers while coordinating volunteer engagement opportunities for individuals, groups, businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations.

· Coordinate in-kind product (goods) donations, donation drives, inventory support, and distribution activities.

· Build relationships with volunteers, donors, and community partners.

· Maintain volunteer and donation records, engagement data, and organizational systems.

· Represent Cay Galgon Life House through tours, presentations, outreach events, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

· Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

· Experience coordinating volunteers, events, community engagement, customer service, or administrative operations preferred.

· Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently and collaboratively.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and database systems; volunteer management software experience preferred.

· Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and required background clearances.

Physical Demands: Dynamic role requiring regular mobility, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs., and the ability to assist with donation coordination, volunteer activities, and community events.

Location: Primarily on-site at Life House, with occasional off-site responsibilities for outreach, donation coordination, volunteer activities, and special events.
