Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Orlando, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, including managing construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include leading project teams, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring compliance with project timelines and objectives
- Strong knowledge of Construction Safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage resources, documentation, and multiple project components simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans or blueprints
- Effective leadership and communication skills for team coordination and issue resolution
- Experience in Quality Control Required. USACE Certification preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or a bachelor's degree in construction management or related fields preferred
