We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with deep understanding of cellular IoT technologies (4G/LTE & 5G RedCap) to own product lifecycle and market success of Cavli’s connectivity modules. The role requires a strong blend of technical fluency, business thinking, and customer empathy — leading cross-functional teams to build products that scale globally across mobility, industrial, smart energy, and enterprise IoT domains.
- Develop market-backed product roadmaps for 4G/5G IoT modules covering hardware, firmware, and cloud features
- Drive value-proposition differentiation against competing module vendors in price/performance, certifications, and RF capabilities
- Define go-to-market segmentation for automotive, industrial, logistics, and energy applications
- Evaluate chipset vendor offerings (Qualcomm, etc.) to drive next-gen product decisions
- Own PRD/MRD creation, ensuring crisp requirements aligned to customer needs and engineering feasibility
- Lead product planning including SKUs, certification variants, antenna/RF configs, and lifecycle cost management
- Coordinate with engineering on schedules, sample readiness, and feature completeness
- Track product performance through field metrics, reliability insights and continuous improvement
- Conduct discovery with key OEMs and solution providers to capture requirements and market trends
- Support solution architecture with customers to ensure design-wins and successful mass deployment
- Champion competitive intelligence, pricing research, and win-loss analysis
- Support business development and regional sales teams with product expertise
- Ensure readiness for global operator certifications (PTCRB, GCF, CE, FCC, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)
- Align product features to regulatory requirements including security, quality, and reliability standards
- Interface deeply with RF design, firmware, hardware, operations, sourcing, and Hubble (cloud) teams
- Drive SKU rationalization, EOL planning, and sustained product health
- Prepare product documentation — datasheets, release notes, roadmaps, and training materials
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (ECE/Telecom preferred)
- 7 years experience in product management or system engineering in cellular IoT / telecom / embedded domains
- Understanding of 4G LTE, 5G NR/RedCap, SIM/eSIM, GNSS, RF fundamentals, and device certifications
- Experience with B2B product lifecycles — design-win to mass commercialization
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and travel to customer sites/OEMs
