We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our small office team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with office experience who is capable of learning new systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide backup phone coverage answering customer and vendor calls along with general inquires
  • Send quotes to vendors for material requests
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Receive purchase orders
  • Review vendor invoices and line up with purchase orders and enter into our database
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)-Required
  • Proficient in typing and using the numerical keypad-Required
  • Ability to learn computer systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Comfortable with researching and using online tools to find parts
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Pay based on experience with a 60-day performance review
  • Matching 401(k)-3%
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance. Company pays 70%
