We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our small office team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with office experience who is capable of learning new systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide backup phone coverage answering customer and vendor calls along with general inquires
- Send quotes to vendors for material requests
- Issue purchase orders
- Receive purchase orders
- Review vendor invoices and line up with purchase orders and enter into our database
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)-Required
- Proficient in typing and using the numerical keypad-Required
- Ability to learn computer systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Comfortable with researching and using online tools to find parts
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
