We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our South Florida team and support our growing customer base and sales efforts.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The Sales & Customer Service Assistant will work closely with both customers and the sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, supporting account management activities, maintaining customer records, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to build a career in sales, customer service, and the luxury food industry.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Support the sales team with customer outreach and account management activities.
- Coordinate appointments, tastings, meetings, and customer visits.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and communications in the CRM system.
- Assist with order management and customer service requests.
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support account growth.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer tastings as needed.
- Represent Caviar & Caviar professionally within the South Florida market.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, foodservice, luxury products, sales support, or a related field is a plus.
- Must reside within 20 miles of our Fort Lauderdale office.
