The Role
We're seeking a talented and innovative Senior AI Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML models that enhance our platform's automation, risk detection, and compliance capabilities. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about building real-world AI applications, thrives in collaborative environments, and stays ahead of emerging trends in machine learning and generative AI.
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AI/MLfocused roles
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience developing, training, and deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and other deep learning techniques
Ability to analyze large datasets, optimize algorithms, and improve model performance
- Strong problemsolving and collaboration skills
