As a PT Sales Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our valued guests and effective communication for leadership and staff.
Your work will include:

- Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, showroom, and waiting lounge
- Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc.
- Assist the sales teams with admin support as needed
- Log customer information accurately in the CRM
- Provide accurate information regarding dealership hours, promotions, ect.
- Uphold a professional appearance and always comply with dealership policies

Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete the required background check and drug screen
- Work experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel) and business phone systems are a plus
