RESPONSIBILITIES:
Remit weekly products payments such as Axiom, AAGI, NSD, DOWC and Nesna.
Post any weekly Factory statements received with products remitted
Cancel any requested received by email, regular mail, or phone calls
Process any Cancellation refunds, check daily
Receipt in any checks that come in the mail
Responsible to process, remit, pay and Cancel all Finance Products
Make sure all products have been remitted and pay for by due dates.
Verify all cancellations over 30 days have submission.
Checks received have been turned into AP by due date.
Requirements

Energetic, motivated, and punctual
Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting or accounts receivable strongly preferred.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
