As a Polaris Technician, you’ll help deliver exceptional service and performance by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining powersports vehicles to factory standards.
Responsibilities Include
- Diagnosing and repairing powersports vehicles and systems
- Performing repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension components, and more
- Completing used vehicle evaluations and inspections
- Installing accessories and performance upgrades
- Staying current on manufacturer training, certifications, and repair techniques through company-provided training programs
- Communicating repair recommendations and diagnoses clearly with Service Advisors and customers
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and a clean, organized workspace
- Passionate about powersports and mechanical repair
- Experienced in dealership-level diagnostics and repair
- Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Interested in long-term career growth and technical development
- Minimum of 2 years of dealership powersports experience required
- Polaris Certifications required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
- Must provide own tools
