- Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders
- Identify parts, pricing, and availability using dealership systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries professionally and promptly
- Accurately bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs)
- Support inventory tasks including stocking, returns, and organization
- Process warranty parts and core returns
- Collaborate with service, sales, and accounting teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter
- Someone with automotive knowledge or hands-on experience (auto parts store, dealership, or shop experience preferred but not required)
- A customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Someone looking to build a long-term career — not just find a job
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous automotive parts experience not required — training provided
- Availability to work Monday–Saturday schedule
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (dealership or CDK experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
