About the Role
Cody Cavenaugh, founder of Cavenaugh Media, is hiring a high-level Executive & Personal Assistant to operate directly alongside him.
This is not a passive administrative role.
You will manage both business execution and personal logistics at a high level. Your job is to create structure, protect time, enforce accountability, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Own calendar management and scheduling strategy
- Manage inbox and sensitive communications
- Track priorities, deadlines, and recurring meetings
- Support sales pipeline coordination and CRM organization
- Assist with hiring workflows and onboarding check-ins
- Maintain SOP documentation and internal systems
- Track OKRs and execution across departments
Operations & Project Management
- Lead special projects from idea to execution
- Improve systems inside ClickUp, Slack, and other internal tools
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines
- Ensure operational efficiency across the agency
Personal & Lifestyle Management
- Manage bills, reminders, and financial organization
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Handle appointments, vendors, and household coordination
- Oversee personal task management systems
Requirements
- 3 years supporting a founder, executive, or high-growth company
- Strong calendar management and communication skills
- High discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM tools, and task systems
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
In-person in Dallas
Compensation
Competitive and based on experience.
Performance-based increases.
