Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in La Crosse, WI, for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of a Burger King location, ensuring efficient and smooth performance. Responsibilities include leading and managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, hiring and training team members, overseeing food and beverage quality, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, and driving operational and financial success. The role also involves effective communication with team members and addressing customer needs promptly.
