Cavanaugh’s Surveying Services is a premier land surveying firm located in the heart of historic Doylestown, Pennsylvania. We offer a variety of services, including boundary surveys, sewer septic permit surveys, fence surveys, pool permit plans, civil engineering, and much more. Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft subdivision plats, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and other related surveys.
- Reproduce diagrams and plan for divisional use in various types of media.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Complete detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Effectively and consistently communicate the status of projects to direct management.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Previous work experience as a survey drafter or technician preferred but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints, subdivision plans, maps, site plans, deeds, legal documents, and field notes
- Strong work ethic and commitment to overall success of the business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
