Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Residential Project Manager to oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. This role also requires hands-on involvement with material acquisition—sourcing, ordering, and coordinating deliveries of all required construction materials.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work
- Schedule and supervise subcontractors and in-house labor
- Procure and coordinate delivery of materials and fixtures for each project
- Conduct site visits and quality control checks throughout the build process
- Communicate with clients regarding progress and changes
- Collaborate with the owner and office staff to update job tracking and billing systems
- Resolve jobsite issues swiftly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to safety and building code standards
Qualifications:
- 3 years of residential construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Proven ability to manage schedules, subs, and budgets across multiple jobs
- Experience sourcing and acquiring construction materials is required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between South Jersey and Delaware County, PA
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Tech-savvy (ability to use mobile project management apps, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
