- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and oversee adherence to timelines.
- Conduct construction estimating to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors as necessary.
- Monitor construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
Basic qualifications
