- 1 year experience in pastry operation preparing desserts from scratch.
- Able to multitask between preparation and service.
- Food Handler hygiene certificate required.
- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 LBS.
- Preferred, Experience in French pastry production & service.
- Preferred, Culinary/Pastry degree.
- Preferred, Cake decorating experience
