Responsibilities

• Operate laundry machines and dry cleaning equipment with precision and safety.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, uniforms, and guest clothing according to established standards.
• Manage dry cleaning processes for delicate or specialty items, ensuring quality results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
• Provide friendly customer service by assisting guests or staff with their laundry needs and answering questions professionally.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments for laundry services.
• Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling, machine operation, and sanitation protocols.

Experience

• Pressing experience is a huge plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads safely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

hours

Monday , Tuesday , Thursday and Friday

start time is 6am and the end time varies depending on the work load each day. A short day could end around 10am long days could go until 2pm

Saturday

Working 2-3 Saturdays a month, hours on Saturday are split between two shifts 8am-12noon and 12noon-5pm
