This role oversees daily shift operations, supports team members, and helps maintain a positive, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities include coordinating food preparation and service, ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met, and assisting with training and coaching team members. The Team Lead also helps manage customer interactions, resolves issues in a professional manner, and supports opening and closing procedures. This position works closely with restaurant leadership to meet performance goals and uphold CAVA’s standards.
