Minimum 4 years line cooking experience, culinary degree preferred
Varied lunch / dinner, weekends and holidays shifts are required.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- . Food preparation and service for all meal periods
- . Recipe adherence and daily specials creation with an emphasis on Italian cuisine
- . Training and supervising kitchen staff
- . Adhering to food and facility safety requirements
- . Ensuring that quality and cost standards are consistently obtained
- . Inventory, ordering, scheduling with cost controls
Sous Chef should have a positive attitude and be able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully.
Must have a flexible schedule and able to work varied shifts including weekends.
