Qualifications
Required
- Manage daytoday IT operations, including system administration, endpoint management, and user support.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security controls across devices, networks, and cloud environments.
- Support compliance initiatives and audits (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevOps teams to ensure secure configurations and patch management.
- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning of access and equipment.
- Administer collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Jira, etc.).
- Support automation initiatives to improve IT workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or cybersecurity environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls).
- Handson experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Experience with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, or similar).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security , Network , CCNA, or CISSP.
- Experience working in a cybersecurity company or a SaaSbased environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting).
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure access management.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and containerized environments.
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach
- Proficiency with endpoint management and security tools (Intune, Jamf, CrowdStrike, Sentinelone etc.).
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, securityfocused environment.
