Position Type:
1099 Contract – Part-Time Independent Contractor or Full-Time Independent Contractor
Associate or Fully Licensed (LCSW-A/LCSW, LCMHC-A/LCMHC)

Ideal Candidates Will:
- Be passionate about work and youth and families mental health
- Hold a North Carolina associate or full license
- Be comfortable working independently with team support
- Have reliable transportation for in-person sessions (as applicable)
- Have strong clinical communication skills, including documentation and collaboration
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills with youth, families, and teams
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and families, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and ethical medical documentation and adhere to state insurance standards and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and educators, to support clients' needs.
- Engage in crisis intervention and management as necessary, ensuring a safe environment for all clients.

Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
