Well-Established Multi-line Boat Dealership & Service Center in Manahawkin, NJ seeking Marine Technician to join our team.
Must Be Well-Experienced and Possess the Tools of the Trade.
Daily responsibilities would include: Preparing new and used boats for delivery to customers, repairing boats and engines, spring commissioning & winterizing, and some installation of electronics. We are Factory Authorized on all major makes of Outboard and Inboard/Outboard Power. Full parts department, management, and expert on-site ownership are in place to support efficient work. New and well-maintained equipment includes multiple marine forklifts, fleet of 5 trucks, over a dozen professionally equipped trailers, and several small forklifts.The ability to drive & dock boats and tow boats over the road is required. Must be able to lift 50Lbs. Must have good computer/diagnostic skills.
Hours and Compensation: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm (4:30pm during off-season) Summer hours may expand based on workload. Work Location is Manahawkin, NJ. Paid Vacation & Holidays, Health & Retirement Plan with Match. $18 to $40 per hour based on experience and expertise. We Provide Ongoing Training and Opportunities for Advancement. Merit Increase Available-contingent on expertise, efficiency, and performance after 6 months of continuous employment. Full-time All-year position.
