· Job Overview
We are looking for a boat hauler/transporter. This position is responsible for safe and quality boat transportation, launching, hauling, storage, and taking part in boat dealership yard operations. Safely transport boats to and from service appointments, marinas, events, and storage facilities while supporting efficient yard operations and providing excellent customer service. Must be able to run yard equipment and machinery. Strong towing and boat handling experience preferred.
· What You’ll Do
- Clearly and professionally execute boat transport & storage schedule through regular updates & coordination with Service Department and Main Office Staff.
- Track stored location of all transported boats and routinely update Service Department and Main Office Staff.
- Transport new and used boats & pontoon boats from 15ft to 30ft & up throughout the entire state of New Jersey, adhering to all local and state commercial driving regulations (may involve boat equipment teardown and safe stowage)
- Transport owner boats to and from residences and storage throughout the entire state of New Jersey, adhering to all local and state commercial driving regulations (may involve boat equipment teardown and safe stowage)
- Transport & Block new boats for display at boat shows (may involve boat equipment teardown and safe stowage).
- Block and store boats for display and seasonal storage (may involve boat equipment tear down and safe stowage)
- Demonstrates strong level of Seamanship. Retrieve or Launch boats from the water
- Help move, load, and organize boats in the yard and service shop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boat yard
- Assist with general yard and showroom maintenance and boat shows
- Perform all duties in a SAFE and Professional Manner.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean, Valid driver’s license
- Boat hauling and storage experience required.
- Forklift and Boat Lift experience a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
