We’re growing at Causeway Bridge to Innovation (Causeway BTI) and are looking for a driven, client-focused Account Manager with 1–3 years of experience in IT or technology services to join us on our growth journey 🚀

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who already has some exposure to IT, client-facing roles, or business development and wants to grow further in a dynamic, international environment.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and driving client acquisition (B2B, US market)
- Building and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities through LinkedIn, events, and research
- Supporting and coordinating communication between clients and our engineering teams
- Contributing to LinkedIn outreach campaigns and company visibility
- Participating in local events, meetups, and conferences across Florida
- Bringing ideas and initiative to help scale our business
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
- Based in Florida (Tampa, Sarasota, Miami, Orlando, etc.)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT, software services, or tech-related roles (account management, sales, recruitment, or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Interest in technology, software development, AI, or cybersecurity
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or B2B environments is a strong plus
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and growth-oriented approach
