What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Cutter position at Cattlemens?
**$20-$27.50/hour depending on experience and location**
Properly receives and manages Cattlemen's bulk product inventory. Portions the highest quality steaks and other center of the plate items according to Cattlemen's specifications and maintains accurate daily pars.
