Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage team performance by providing guidance, training, and support to staff members.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate time management for all employees.
• Maintain inventory management systems to ensure stock levels are adequate and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Operate cash registers accurately, managing transactions and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies that enhance business growth.

Requirements

• 4 years experience in a managerial position in food service required.
• Strong math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory calculations.
• Proven experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is advantageous.
• Experience in inventory management practices is highly desirable.
