Catskill Veterinary Services is seeking motivated and skilled Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) to join our rapidly growing medical team in Rock Hill, NY.
We are expanding our services and currently building a 15,000-square-foot state-of-the-art veterinary medical center opening Fall 2026, featuring:
- Dedicated ICU and critical care services
- Trauma and triage suite
- Multiple operating rooms
- CT and advanced imaging center
- Expanded urgent care and specialty services

Responsibilities
- Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Surgical and dental assistance
- Dental cleanings and digital dental radiography
- IV catheter placement and venipuncture
- ICU and hospitalized patient care
- Emergency and urgent care support
- Fluid therapy and CRI management
- Laboratory diagnostics and sample collection
- CT and advanced imaging assistance
- Client communication and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active New York State LVT license required
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Interest in advanced medicine and patient care
Preferred Experience
- Emergency or ICU experience
- Dentistry and anesthesia proficiency
- Surgical assistance experience
- Exotics, equine, or farm animal experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $28–$45 per hour, based on experience, technical skill level, leadership ability, and clinical proficiency. Highly experienced candidates with advanced anesthesia, surgery, emergency, ICU, or specialty experience may qualify for compensation above the listed range.
