Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed during peak service times.
• Participate in banquet or catering events by assisting with food setup and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and high-quality food presentation.
• Perform regular cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
