Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and loss prevention strategies.
Skills
- Two years retail management preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and maintain positive customer interactions.
- Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management software, and cash handling procedures.
- Organizational skills that enable efficient stock control, inventory audits, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including customer service excellence, shift management, and marketing initiatives.
