Cato Fashions is seeking an energetic, self-starter to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company. The position requires a high level of customer service, sales, and organizational skills. The ability to manage and provide excellent customer service is a must.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service by answering in-bound and out-bound customer inquiries regarding products and services. You will provide information about Cato Fashions’s products and services, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
