Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated part-time Maintenance Worker to assist with the upkeep of three buildings. This position involves general maintenance, landscaping, use of power tools, and coordination with outside vendors under existing contracts.
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs across three buildings.
· Handle landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and general grounds care.
· Safely operate power tools and equipment.
· Work with and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed.
· Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Ability to operate power tools and landscaping equipment.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Must obtain and maintain required clearances.
· Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
Schedule:
· Part-time hours 15 hours/week
