We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist.
Position Overview The Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist provides administrative and customer service support to Account Managers while delivering high-quality service to CMG members. This role involves handling day-to-day service requests, supporting account management activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across multiple systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and customer service support to Account Managers and members. • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other client materials. • Issue certificates of insurance and process policy-related changes, including property and vehicle updates. • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation. • Respond to member inquiries and provide timely, professional customer service. • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. • Perform routine office and administrative tasks to support departmental operations. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive member experience.
Qualifications • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of two years of customer service or office clerical experience required. • Prior experience in an insurance agency or related environment preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer technology. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
