We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused professional to join our team as an Account Coordinator – Member Services.
Position Overview
The Account Coordinator provides administrative and customer service support to Account Managers while delivering high-quality service to CMG members. This role involves handling day-to-day service requests, supporting account management activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across multiple systems and stakeholders. This position is based in Omaha, NE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer service support to Account Managers and members.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other client materials.
- Issue certificates of insurance and process policy-related changes, including property and vehicle updates.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation.
- Respond to member inquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform routine office and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive member experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of customer service or office clerical experience required.
- Prior experience in an insurance agency or related environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer technology.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
