Summary Description:
This will be a full-time role consisting of at least four days a week at school and in the office.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources (HR). They will be orking with
the Business Office and closely with all other department heads and
administration.
ssential Functions:
Human Resources:
• Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance
evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
• Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health,
and safety, etc.
• Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
• Serve as the point of contact for employment relations.
• Onboarding Process-facilitator for all departments & access
• Offboarding Process-facilitator for all departments & access
• In charge of all CORI, SORI, and fingerprinting communications, facilitating, running, and
reviewing results with the president/other HR privy individuals.
• Maintaining, updating, and rolling out the Employee Handbook, Reporting Structure Policy, & all
other policies.
• Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, workers’
compensation, etc.) FMLA facilitating and processing/Maternity & Paternity Leave Calculations
facilitating and processing.
• 403B Admin - tie out every payroll and transfer amounts bi-weekly through The Standards
System/Make Changes in all Systems per employees/Help with Loans and plan transfers.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
• Deal with grievances and violations, invoking disciplinary action when required.
• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics when necessary for certain
projects.
• Preparation and Delivery of Offer Letters along with the Benchmarking Exercise yearly.

Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) fee.
• Utica Workers Comp Audit
• Workers Comp State Audit
• Non-Discrimination Audit through HRCTS
• File, paperwork and oversee all Worker Comp Claims.
• ACA Filing, HIRD Filing
• 1095 and 1094 Filings
Committee:
• Head of the 403B Retirement Committee
Wellness:
• Set up and run the whole Wellness Challenge.
• Closely working with the payroll specialist to ensure that accurate and timely processing of
payroll is done bi-weekly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records & reports.
• Work with the Administration Team daily.
General:
• Closely working with the payroll and backup payroll to ensure that accurate and timely processing
of payroll is done bi-weekly.

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
