RN Clinical Coordinator (Full-Time Days) - Willowbend Family Practice
Who You Are:

What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage clinical support staff schedules in alignment with physician schedules.
- Collaborate with providers and the Practice Manager to create and implement office procedures.
- Assist with staffing reviews, interviewing, delegating tasks, and contributing to staffing plans and projects.
- Train clinical support staff on office policies, procedures, and compliance standards (e.g., DNV, OSHA, CLIA).
- Support non-clinical staff training as directed.
- Provide nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, implementing physician orders, and evaluating patient responses.
- Manage telephone triage and collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Document nursing actions and patient outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
- Educate patients and families, reinforcing physician instructions and promoting health literacy.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, training seminars, and safety/emergency procedure reviews.
- Identify and report potential issues to the Practice Manager and physicians.
What You'll Bring:
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
- A minimum of two or more years of professional nursing experience, preferably in a medical/surgical environment.
- Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certified. If not BLS, certified must have the ability to obtain BLS certification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
- Successfully complete Department of Transportation Hazardous (DOT) Materials training within 90 days of start date. Recertification must be completed every three (3) years.
- Basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Certified in specialty area preferred.
